Prima's announcement to the asx on 30/09/2010 re Nasdaq listing has stated that their proposed listing will be an Levek 2 ADR compliance listing.
What your newsletter doesn't tell you but research does, is that they currently trade in the US as PRRUF Over The Counter pink sheets.
