Hi Kincella,I've reading your postings since Jan 2010 and up to this point, I must admit I'm starting to agree with you about just how robust our housing market is. First I just thought you were just a beacon of hope to the like minded with your invaluable advice.
I mean prices have barely changed despite all the scary headlines and statistics about plummeting and crumbling transactions, clearance, loans, approvals and anecdotal evidence of significant and increasing rate of price decline.
In recognition of your insightful and accurate predictions (which without a doubt has benefitted tremendously numerous people on the forum who have steadfastly hung on in the face of unsubstantiated scaremongering by the doomsayers).
For that I am so glad, you (of all people), haven't sold and will reap the deserving rewards of your strong conviction.
