The part about the cocktails of chemicals they are using in the fracking mix, which they are referred to as trade secrets, IMO are nothing more than hogwash. What is wrong with patenting those Trade secret recipes, first, and then release it's contents to the World for everyone to assess what damage they can cause to us and the environment, If there are any that is??
