Hi Guys:
As to my humble opinion, I think Lynas will get its Pre-operation license few days before election. I recall when the general election in 2008, a lot of licenses, approval, development order was granted to their colony days before the election day. My friend around me told me the same story as well. It's hard for the opposition to over turn the license in case the Barisan lose. Of course, we might not get the announcement until the election is carried out.
