I would not be so bold as to slap a buy on MYR as a real estate play if I did not know how many of its stores are owned and how many have already been sold and leased back (either by private equity owners or current management).
It probably is oversold but so are a lot of stocks!
My recollection is MYR no longer own a lot of their properties, but you should DYOR.
