Not sure if anyone else noticed but it it not strange that this report is dated 4th July (well before trading halt and announcement of CR etc etc etc) yet has only just put up on the GTG site.
Why wasn't this released to market earlier ???
Is this inline with ASX disclosure rules ???
Further, if they had this report, didn't disclose and then persued the CR opportunity at such a rediculously low price (compared to SP at the time of 32c) the whole saga starts to smell.
Whilst this report doesn't seem to add any new info which I didn't know prior, it is somewhat offensive to see management blow their own whistles on a deal that wiped nearly half of the market cap and no doubt hurt many investors.
How is that the result of such 'quality management' as they refer to themselves ???
