yes you could buy GRM 1.3c soon but if GRM don't get the raising through at 1.6c they won't have any funds soon to do any exploration work or pay Mgmt(which going from the past gets most of the funds)....
might have to revise the raising down to 1c etc to get it through haven't heard anyone on HC stating they will take up their rights even though not long ago a few were buying up large below 2c LOL
