Does PLA has any on the management based permanently in SA or they just run the whole show from their little Oz office and leaving the whole show to the contractor to report whatever bull...t and accept that? This production not on track and labor issue highlight that the management seem to lost track of what going on the ground. Time to get their hand and feet dirty and stay close to the operation IMO.
