They will need to make a small placement via an intso. It will already be lined up and ready to go. The only other option is the hurt money, which as you suggest McBombers is a forward payment by the JV Partner.
Parmasplat it does not look like a placement, doubt if they will go for hurt money and as others have said Pluton are running short of funds. I reckon its got to be bridging finance until Pluton come to some agreement with the JTC. Just surmising.
