entitlement issue, page-3

Can someone clear something up for me in filling out my entitlement form.

I have completed the entitlement section and am looking at the Additional new shares section, if I buy additional shares that may be available @ .0975 if there is a shortfall do I also get the free options with each of these shares also or are free options only for the shares I was entitled to and not for the additional purchased.

hmm.. not sure if my question is clear but hopefully someone can understand what I'm asking :)
