They still have obligations to shareholders as per ASIC guidlines, but the disclosure obligations are no longer a requirement regarding the ASX. I suspect therefore that you will lose much of your control if you ever had any.
Any resolutions that are put forward by the compnay from hereon will undoubtedly be passed in accordance with the boards desire as they are also the majority shareholders.
Not a very nice position for shareholders. That said, sharehjolders have had substantial notice of this companies intentions and plenty of time to make a decision on their best course of action.
