we have oil traces nothing more at this stage we do not have a resource yet alone a contingent resource hence the need for the report to advise what they beleive they have found. Nothing is for certain hence why it is always refered to as a potential oil find. All holders wait in aticipation and its pleasing to see OBL hold up remarkably well over the last few trading days lets hope its all for a good reason. Bear in mind no ceo will admit to needing to do a CR until one is needed
