They do have a say for 20% of their holding plus may by another 6% DB is holding, the rest 74% i guess will say yes to anything better than cents, i will be surprised if they don't!
Would you say no to getting $1 for your share as compared to 50 cents..? you can't imagine the power the small holders do have, they have management support!
