goodaye nervous, well done to you guys.

Getting those 100 s/h is the key metric at the moment.

I think its pretty clear that it might be wise to wait for the IER, then see what the issues are.
You might just find that the release of the info in the IER causes a REAL auction, and s/h might just sit back and watch the bidding.

What is sure, is that the IER will give you plenty of info, plenty of ammunition, and plenty of questions.

Whilst you mention the possibility of requisitioning an EGM, don't forget the option of causing ESG to include info in the mailout of the Scheme. I think you can cause a resolution to be put to the Scheme meeting.
Example perhaps.... "That STO takes it's bat and ball and pxxx - off..." or whatever.

I would think there would not be time for an EGM to be called prior to the Scheme meeting being called.

Another option would be to be represented at the Court.

I think ESG must get Court approval to allow ESG to mail out the Scheme docs to s/h.

Someone could stand up at the court hearing and tell the court that, in just 2 days, you collected over 100 shareholders who felt that the Scheme should not be put to s/h because of .........?

Also, the other really big issue with an EGM is cost. i am not sure what costs requisitioners have to pay.

    cheers
