i have bugger-all shares in ESG so I ain't volunteering for anything - sorry.
all my post was pointing to, was the number of different avenues available to s/h to cause the board of ESG to stop and listen to small s/h.
and thats why I pointed out the costs issues, because only those with large holdings can justify spending money to put pressure on ESG.
I am certainly not the one to answer your questions as I will not be getting involved. I am still very interested though, as I have been in these s,,,fights on other occasions.
