Field Reconnaissance at Mt Alexander indicates potential for an additional major magnetite resource.
- Thick, extensive outcrops of magnetite rich BIF over 2.5km strike.
- Exploration Target* of 250 350Mt grading 30% - 40% Fe, additional to Exploration Target* for southern area of 1.5 2.0Bt grading 30% - 40% Fe.
- Forms separate northern part of the Western BIF - hosts Mt Bevan magnetite resource to the south.
- Substantial zones of martite (hematite) replacement of coarse grained magnetite.
- Potential for fault related DSO hematite.
