Good luck in trying to pick what you may percieve as low cost housing to be an indicator of a top in Gold.
That IMO has too many flaws and isn't looking at the big picture which is driving gold.
When we start to read about how the US has finally paid a great deal of their debts off along with Greece, Europe etc etc then yes it might be the time to start selling gold.
