Fisherwoman, I realise that, but there are a lot of mum and dad investors with stops around 23-25c due to a newsletter that would have sold out today.
I myself subscribe, but I don't use his stop loss targets as they change every week without warning. I don't know if its a typo, or just his way of keeping PRR on the books
