    I wonder why UBS did not speed up their buy back process most recently. Base on announcement, bought back about 1.2 mil shares, another 6.9 mil to be bought back. Last two days only bought back less than 100,000 shares at $1.32 and $1.33. Why? How long buy back would be completed?
