Far out that's a hard question.

With all the public information, eg excluding any information that hasn't been finalised regarding drilling? And this is just my opinion 75c-$1.

If you include the information flowing into the Data Centre that will change the political landscape in the world sea borne iron ore market, eg how much money will be saved by Chinese steel mills because of the significant increase in iron ore supplies for 25 years from 2014 + Increase in annual production due to a JORC increase in Hematite which has been heavily stated in the last quarterly report. Lowest cost iron ore in the world for a new project.

With costs to mine iron ore in China rising to $160 per tonne, they need an alternate source of iron ore. Their goal to reduce CO2 emissions as a percentage of their population means they need to start feeding high grade iron ore into their steel mills, which will require less coking coal to process.

Sundance has this ultra high grade Hematite, and in very large quantities in West Africa!

I would estimate $1-$1.50 per share given we are 3 years away from production.

These are just opinions and best guess estimates.

Without knowing exactly the additional drilling results to complete a NPV calc it is very hard to get a good handle on it.

In economic terms "asymmetric information" is playing a very heavy part in what is happening with this take over at the minute. I suppose that's part and parcel in the share market isn't it?

We don't know what they (Sundance Resources, CHinese Steel Mills and Hanlong know).

What they were shown in Cameroon and Nebeba to get them so excited (as per Westscotts posts) "additional large scale iron ore deposits" or mountains like those pictured in the quarterly announcements???

But we are in safe hands with Mr Jones and Mr Casello.

Whatever the final deal the Sundance Board would have done their best to get the highest price for all shareholders and employees.

That is all we can ask of them. :)

    Cheers Nectar
