In my opinion we are in a secular bear market and once you acknowledge this you will start trading accordingly. Yes there will be bounces but trade judiciously. Capital preservation is paramount.

Look at two other comparable events in 1973/1974 and from 1937 - those two periods evaporated investors wealth through small and consistent declines.

A paradigm shift is required.
