I have never heard a statement as ridiculous as the above.
When a bomb is exploded in a crowd, chaos results - that is what has happened in recent times in the world economy.
On the other hand, when prices are going up investors (generaly, not always) think before they had over their hard earned money.
Whichever way you look at it, PRR's fundamentals have not changed and the exciting journey continues.
