    Well I will concede i did not this we would got to far under 50c - (49.5c was the lowest I anticipated)

    I still believe a rally for SDL will happen soon

    * Offer is on the table - and is being renegotiated
    * Huge volumes purchased above 50c
    * Speculation on JV partners

    When times are tough thats when companies with cash flow seize their opportunity to purchase at a value price

    This is my opinion
