    Of course Hanglong can pull the plug any time they like. where would that leave the sp? This 10% drop would look like nothing. SDL left dangling with no offer of 50 cents and no announcement on JV. There's a load of possibilities, one could be this is a great buying opportunity. LOL. You would have to be very game.
