As for Trade Marks, the only statement I don't like is "The following ViroMine product range has been developed exclusively by Virotec and forms part of the total consultancy provided by ViroMine™ Solutions...".

If it has BEEN DEVELOPED and TM mark is used then IT'S DONE.

If they would say they have applied for this new range trademarks then it's fine with me as well.
