One advantage of QE2 seems to be more debt available to US corporations. Ignore all the negatives for a minute, US companies seem to have been able to take advantage of the increased liquidity over the past 6 months to leverage up. .
US companies have created jobs last month. Probably the results of the investments made with money from selling bonds into the debt markets supported by QE. As much as these corporations have expanded within the US, my guess is they have expanded by more into Asia. Into the creditor countries of the world that produce more than they currently consume. Countries living beneath their means so American's can live above their means?
Has Colt Defense tapped the Bond market at these incredibly low yields to fund their own expansion into Asia????? :) When I say Asia, I'm including middle east, sub continent, ANZ and so on.
One thing the Obama has done to increase US exports is decrease restrictions on military sales (better they buy American and not British or Chinese I guess?). DSCA already expects an almost doubling of exports for 2011 over 2010. War in Libya by European countries is helping DSCA sales almost double this year.

If the Europeans go to work in Syria, I guess DSCA sales may grow 200% in 2011 over 2010! Perhaps an Asian coalition for Syria with Australian participation could help Rudd's bid for a seat at the UN security council? Wasn't Rudd pro war in Libya?
