I am pretty sure the capital raising will go through, we only have about 7 trading days till the offer closes,tightley held stock with the chairman and directors holding a large percentage, would not be surprised if they have already paid for their additional shares/options. I have already paid for mine as i am in long term and want the options, i know that I am not only one who has already sent money. The stock has been trading around 10/11 cents for the past few weeks so I cant see intersuisse complaining.They have been given the options as a advantage if the shares are trading at or below SPP at time of offer/closing.

We have a smart management, they will be watching closely IMO. very good chance of news this week imo.

One positive is the global markets are already down over 10 percent the past 2 weeks so the majority of pullback has already happened,,,,
