Did the agents all agree to present the offers or did some say it was a waste of their time or it would be an insult to the vendor?
I'm looking for a home in WA, not an investment and that's where that comment came from.
Country WA has never recovered from the 2007 peak. I'm considering making an offer on a country property that is just over 20% off the original listing price. It's already been dropped by over 10% from that first listing.
Who knows where this will bottom out? At the moment, if you want to buy, you have to be pretty ruthless to reduce the risk of much bigger falls.
