Now that GXY has hit 58 cents in this morning's trading, it is time to sit back and take stock.

While 58 cents is about GXY's break-up price, at least now there is little chance of the 88 mil shares approved for sale at the AGM being sold and one has to ask what was the purpose of having these shares approved for sale when the company had already enough cash to see the carbonate plant into production?.The threat of impending dilution has held down the SP since April.

Should there not be a buy-out offer soon, then GXY should
pull out all stops and get high grade LC out of the plant
quickly before investors give up & get out. At least one shareholder sold this morning at 58 cents!

At mid session volumes are about average.
