The very fact that there ARE rumours rushing around the BSL wkplace demonstrates management's ineptitude. Where is the leadership? Where is the strategic plan to lead BSL out of the mire? O'Malley been in top-job for 3 years and still produced nothing that will plant confidence into BSL wkforce or shareholders. Has no option to go imo. Entire BSL board appear inept and in denial.
