ctindale--where do you get ordinary r/e to drop by 50% it would be the start of a new cycle where ordinary people can buy a home on 3x average income,one income.

but will it make a schooner cheaper,will fuel be cheaper,will labour costs be reduced by 50% as well.

really 50% and $8-00 for anz when that happens most people will live where and on what.

in 1974 i started work in the first 3 years of my working life my wage rose 1000% by 1984 i owned my first home outright, well the 1990 brought a different story,2008 a different story again and now its 2011 and somewhat belatedly you begin thinking we might all end up in tents.
