    Jeez - just checking in!!
    One day they might be rich in spite of themselves!
    Shocking lack of communication between the companies, it would appear - but they'll accept the money when the gas gets to the pipelines - and whichever co it is you're in (NEO or OPL) they'll be getting 37.5% each - won't have any trouble communicating THEN!!!!
    I suspect OPL needed to let a few more buyers in before they gave the more positive ann.
