Knowing about the uncertainties of Australia's legal system you should provide half of your potential exposure. If you are right and they win then the money goes all back to share holders. If they lose at least half the exposure is covered. The other party is as confident of winning as Bingo bank is. The beauty about lawyers is that exactly half of them are wrong at any time of their career. The other beauty: they both make heaps of money irrespectively.
