    I believe getting AZC to give consent to sell wont be hard because THEY will be the buyer.The hard part will be the price.AZC already has a deal with Orient for some 23 mill for the WIM 150 asset, so the price for 20% of it is going to have to fit into that figure somewhere as I see it.
    At minimum the price should be around 4.75 odd million.
