these are powerful reasons why life will continue,banks will remain healthy even if you rent lifelong there is still superannuation and investment--banks will play a pivotal role in everyones life and we will pay for the privilege.
the gap between haves and will never have, is widening ,at 56
i find the general cost of housing alarming on the basis of income ratios .
in many newer suburbs capital gain in real terms is almost non existent and they are the lucky ones--trees dont grow to the sky.
income ratios are one of the big reasons i bought at the budget end of the market,i believe demand at this end will increase providing a better short term return.
banks however are not just about housing they are investment
places for business in particular that neglected part of Australia small business,it will rise again and banks will
be part of the story.
we probably are not that far apart in shared views,i just dont worry like the sharemarket i trade on the basis of relative value not hope or fear
