I think the Venture Capitalists are pretty savvy.From a big picture point of view it means the demonstration plant will be finished. Their money entry point is underwritten by the Iluka agreement that allows them to purchase 30 percent of APG at market price plus 30 percent. Is my memory correct ? Whatever dilution occurs because of extra shares issued only means a bigger subsequent working capital injection into APG by Iluka. Therefore on balance I like the latest announcement.
