    Management are incompetent and have waived the white flag
    in order to cover their backside..last resort
    Management has not been transparent with shareholders
    Management have withheld and have not disclosed market sensitive information relative to operational problems
    Management have mislead Shareholders to believe that all this wait would finally result in a material reserves upgrade
