    Timing is everything in this game.....

    At $1, it wasn't overvalued based on the fundamentals, however, it was perhaps overvalued before NTA, PFS and the naming of a JV partner.

    All these boxes have now been ticked.

    Solid upside here IMO as long as progression is made towards mining the island in 2014.
