Of course he is and there is a Canadian legal action taking place against Kitco for malpractice of some sort. Picked it up a few months back now and forgot the reference.
He is part of the PPT and the bullion banks manipulation up to their ears.
I do read his rant as when he is at his most bearish you know he is trying to stop a break out.
