MNM and exergen know full well whether they will be signing them off or not, they have had 12 months to weigh up the BM project's suitability to exergen's CHTD technology.

My read on this is that the 3 JV's to get BM rolling are a done deal, and will be ann'd at a time most conducive to pumping up the SP and getting the CR away.

Hopefully the dow will not fall to 5000 between now and 2/9 and thwart this cunning plan.
