Im a bit like Kincella, Corowa and Yarrawonga is perfectly placed for the Coalworks mine in nearby Oaklands with a planned start in two years time, being about 70kms away.
Albury is a good spot.
I reckon Oaklands is a top investment at the moment. House there in immaculate condition got $180k last year, and returned pretty good rental returns due to the lack of housing in an area where the farming is very strong due to the presence of Gaincorp, AWB and Brooks'.
