No, conversion price can be lower than 5c if the average CRE share price over the 5 days preceeding conversion falls below 5.9c (eg if the 5 day average CRE share price before conversion is 5.5c then FML converts at 4.7c).
Am going back to find the original agreement in the pile of documentation to see how this is structured in terms of the number of shares issued.
