With the shares in TFS now even lower than they fell in the GFC it appears more shareholders than myself are very concerned by the direction that TFS has taken and are selling out in droves. Wait for the annual report due out shortly, my bet is highlights of the year will be: 1/Successful capital raising (i.e Selling shareholder equity) to eliminate debt.
2/ Successfully raised capital ( more shareholders to dilute returns)
3/ current price of sandalwood oil in India. ( when harvest comes in price will reduce according to supply and demand)
4/ Number of hectares sold ( no mention of number of hectare planted for TFS or how they intend to acquire the assets from the growers)
All you shareholders expecting to rake in a fortune on harvest will have to wait 15 years for this years crop to mature and by that time at the current rate of capital raising we will have to share the proceeds with another 800,000,000 shares that will be issued . My bet with a bit of trouble with recession news in the US TFS will head for 60c My recommendation Sell TFS and BUY LYC
