I think that is OK. I just hope these guys will muscle Wesfarmers on rent as there is a lot more competition for these sites now with Masters coming along. Bunnings (not BWP) will be squeezed, but that is as it should be.
Good distributable income of 12.4 cpu - 7.8% div yield ff, or 11% incl franking credits, and with rent increases baked in already.
