My thoght is no extension.

Retail investor is 32% of 935 m of share outstanding.So it has 300 m shares.Total retail investors have nearly 18000.
Retail investors own about 16700 shrae per person. It means most of retail investors will accept the entitlement offer.Probably trader will buy at market.Trader will be a few people.Big retail investors will probably buy at the market as well.

I don't see problem for the broker.
