Reddy's aquired on the July 22nd 2011 JB Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals one of their partners in Russia for 34 million US dollars. They entered in to a supply agreement for the continued manufacturing of the products associated with those aquired brands. Now we can all glean at least two messages here.
1. Reddy's doesn't mind an oppotunity when it appears and has the cash to aquire.
2. JB Chemicals already have a pipeline to their existing customers which would be a fantastic advantage for when Fonda is launched in Europe.
On another note, there appears to be a lack of marketing going on in the US . Fonda is not listed in Reddy's catalogue . A month has passed since approval, surely that's ample time for someone in marketing to to notice that fonda is NOT listed..You would think by now it would be. If you google fondaparinux USA, all you get is Arixtra arixtra and arixtra!!! YOU CAN'T SELL A PRODUCT IF YOU DON'T ADVERTISE IT!! As a new product we should be advertised and exposed everywhere by now!
Toyota don't advise the ASX when they discover GMH are bringing out a competitive model.....it's part of being in business and it's up to the marketing team, the pricing of the product and the service provided on who gets the market share and ultimately the revenue that comes with it..
