have to digest this over the w/end but just briefly a comment on the statement below frfom you:

i assert that it is inconclusive as to whether there were three or four nails used.
three would have been extremely hard to use for the reason that trying to penetrate two feet is difficult. not that i have tried it.
however thereis evidence that four were used. there have been bones found in jerusalem that still have the nail embedded in the heel bone. this means that the feet were nailed to the cross on each side of the upright. an interesting footnote dont you think...and no pun intended.
true also that people are abandoning churches and "home churching". it is gowing quite quickly.

When I read about two protestant churches in the US arguing and rejecting each other over whether Christ was nailed to the cross with 3 nails of 4 nails then I could see the absurdity of the Protestant position. I think one of my Protestant friends has finally arrived at the logical end of Protestantism. He has set up his own church in his own house in which his family participate. The total destruction of the idea of Church has thus been destroyed.

    cheers
