IF it is SPL then they must be about to treat it, or at least believe they'll be able to, very soon. There's no way you'd let your site be a dumping ground for a product on the off chance you might be able to make money out of it sometime in the future.
If it can be confirmed that it's SPL that would be very, very encouraging.
They did announced in the April investor presentation that SPL trials were expected to commence soon in the U.S. That was the last mention of it though.
