Mike - all the propoerty trusts have been hit hard over past few months.MGR and SGP are both down well over 30%. But FKP is down more. As you mentioned in an earlier post, FKP has significant residential exposure and perhaps market is reflecting a view that residential propoerty is significantly overvalued. However I think this view has been more than priced in at current price and also like both the diversity in FKPs income streams and in particular exposure to retirement sector.
