NMDC offer imo would be in minimum 0.43 per share.
Based on targeted 1bil tonnes at industry average $0.20 would equal $200mil or $0.85 per share x 50% NMDC = $0.43 or $50mil.
Proactive Investors report has a peer average value of $0.75 per tonne which would translate into 50% NMDC = $1.60 per share or $186mil.
